Phoenix man rushed to hospital after being rescued from pool

Man in His 60s Pulled Unconscious from Community Pool in North Phoenix, Hospitalized in Critical Condition

A man in his 60s was found unconscious and not breathing in a community pool in north Phoenix on Sunday afternoon, according to authorities. The Phoenix Fire Department responded to the scene near 7th Street and Union Hills Drive and initiated CPR before transporting the man to the hospital in “extremely critical condition.”

It is unclear how long the man had been in the water before he was discovered. The Phoenix Police Department is conducting an investigation into the incident.
