BayCare reveals details of new hospital planned for Manatee County’s North River area
BayCare Health System has unveiled new details about its upcoming hospital in Parrish, set to open in 2027. The comprehensive acute care facility will feature 154 beds in private patient rooms, along with a 45,000-square foot medical arts building. The $548 million project, known as BayCare Hospital Manatee, will be the first not-for-profit hospital in Manatee County.
The hospital, located on the Robinson Gateway property on Moccasin Wallow Road, will offer a range of services including general, orthopedic, and specialty surgery, urology, gastroenterology, cardiology, emergency care, obstetrics, and neonatology. Designed for future expansion to 207 beds, BayCare Hospital Manatee aims to grow with the community and provide high-quality healthcare services.
