Israel’s War on Gaza: Nearly 200 Bodies Discovered in Mass Grave at Hospital in Khan Younis

Mass Grave Uncovered at Nasser Medical Complex in Gaza amid Ongoing Israeli Attacks

The uncovering of a mass grave inside the Nasser Medical Complex in Gaza’s Khan Younis has shocked the world, with Palestinian authorities confirming that 180 bodies have been recovered so far. This grim discovery comes as Israel continues its deadly attacks on Gaza, leaving much of the city in ruins after months of relentless bombardment and heavy fighting.

The mass grave was found by Palestinian civil defence crews over the weekend, with bodies of elderly women, children, and young men among those recovered. The search and retrieval operations are ongoing, with more bodies expected to be found in the coming days.

This tragic development follows the discovery of several mass graves at al-Shifa Hospital earlier this week, highlighting the devastating toll of Israel’s war on Gaza. According to local health officials, more than 34,000 Palestinians have been killed in the conflict, with at least two-thirds of the casualties being children and women.

Meanwhile, Israeli strikes in Rafah have resulted in the deaths of 22 people, including 18 children, in overnight raids. The ongoing violence in the region has left residents in fear of a looming ground invasion, with entire families being directly targeted in their homes.

Despite international calls for restraint, including from the United States, Israel has vowed to expand its offensive in Rafah. The US, while pushing for an end to hostilities, continues to provide weapons packages to Israel, further fueling the conflict.

As the world watches in horror at the escalating violence in Gaza, the need for a peaceful resolution to the six-month war becomes more urgent than ever.
